Bitter Aloes

Cape Aloes is a palm-like plant native to South Africa’s Cape region. The dried resin is a powerful stimulant laxative for prompt, effective relief of occasional constipation and healthy lower bowel function.


NOTE: While belonging to the family of the Aloe species, Cape Aloes is considerably stronger, and should not to be confused with the commonly known Aloe Vera.
COMMON NAMES: Bitter Aloe, Bitteraalwyn, Bergaalwyn (Afrikaans), iNhlaba (Zulu), iKhala (Xhosa), Tap Aloe.




Common use:
