Coriander

With a tangy, pleasant taste reminiscent of Lemon Peel & Sage, Coriander is an aromatic digestive aid, used to help settle the stomach and relieve indigestion. With its delightful taste, Coriander makes a warm, spicy "before or after dinner" tea.

In addition to being used as a digestant & stomach tonic, Coriander is good for flavoring unpleasant tasting teas. It's also added to bitter laxative herbs to allay griping and to improve taste.
For culinary purposes, the whole seed is generally used in hot spiced drinks, marinades and pickling liquids, while the ground seeds are usually used in pastries, cream sauces, curries & other exotic dishes.

Common use:
Indigestion; loss of appetite; gas; bloating; bladder complaints; strengthens the urinary tract.
