Dulse

Dulse is a sea vegetable rich in absorbable minerals. It's said to have one of the highest concentrations of Iron and is rich in potassium, calcium &magnesium. Dulse can be used as a condiment or sprinkled on salads and soups.

Dulse is classified as a red seaweed or sea vegetable. This variety is usually found in deep water, up to 200 feet below the surface. One herbal guide noted that red sea vegetables such as Dulse contain radio-protective properties, and is effective at binding plutonium. It can be added a part of a protective formula against radiation and environmental pollutants. Dulse is also found as a common ingredient in many nutritional drink mixes, particularly "green drinks".
