Epsom Salt

Epsom Salt reportedly got its name from the mineral springs found in Epsom, England. Used for a wide range of commercial and health purposes, Epsom Salt is perhaps most well known as a bath additive to help relax tired muscles &soothe sore, tired feet.

Epsom Salt was once popularly used medicinally as a purgative, but is now highly valued as "beauty aid". Many use it in their bath to stimulate the skin, open the pores, and to help them relax, or as a foot soak to soften the rough spots and absorb odors.
