Figwort

Figwort is a perennial plant indigenous to Europe, Central Asia and North America. It is primarily used as an internal and external folk remedy for skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.


Figwort is generally recommended as a tea, tincture, capsules, or externally in the form of a poultice or ointment for promoting healthy skin. In other applications, the herb has also been used for its diuretic properties to keep the kidneys
clean and as a digestive aid. COMMON NAMES: Carpenter's Square, Rosenoble, Scrofula Plant, Throatwort.
