Red Puccoon
Bloodroot has a history as colorful as its name. It was first used by Native American tribes for its deep-orange red dye; then as an official medicine in the late 1800s, to its inclusion in modern day dental care.Currently, Bloodroot is found in external skin care preparations, and in anti-plaque toothpastes and mouthwash.
