Tag Alder
Red Alder is found in the evergreen and redwood forests from Northern California to Alaska. Like most barks, it's a classic herbal aid for soothing gastrointestinal distress and for promoting healthy digestion.Red Oak bark proved quite useful to several Native American groups.
